Siemens Industrial Edge Technical Build

Project Overview

A variety of clients have approached Vlad (and Dave) as a result of the technical skillset and influence created by SolisPLC, Manufacturing Hub, etc. Various vendors have pitched their products in an effort to get them in front of thousands of engineers that consume content produced through various channels - LinkedIn, YouTube, Podcasts, etc.

This specific engagement with Siemens was to promote their Industrial Edge ecosystem / platform. As big supporters of the initiative due to its technical capabilities, it was decided that we'd create various content around Industrial Edge. The team planned out a session in which they'd cover different features - connecting to a controller, deploying Industrial Edge locally, deploying on an IPC, connecting to controllers from different brands, etc. The goal was to spend some time pre-presentation to create something interesting for the audience / viewers.

Project Deliverables

The team met with two technical Siemens engineers at a center in South Carolina and did a complete walkthrough of the platform in front of a virtual audience. Thousands of engineers, technicians, and decision makers tuned in for the presentation.
